Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in events hosted by High End Dating Inc. (“High End Dating”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

High End Dating provides curated social and dating events, including venue sourcing, event hosting, and facilitated introductions between participants. We do not provide matchmaking, dating guarantees, or relationship counseling services.

By registering for and attending any event hosted by High End Dating, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility

By registering for an event, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age. No person under the age of 18 may register for or attend any High End Dating event. You must also fall within the designated age range for the specific event.
You are currently single and not married or in a committed relationship.
You have not been convicted of any violent crime, sexual offence, or felony.

High End Dating does not conduct criminal background checks on participants. Attendance and participation in events are at your own discretion and risk.

Registration and Payment

Your registration is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

All pricing is listed in Canadian dollars and is exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 5 days and 48 hours before the event will receive a credit toward a future event.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event, or failure to attend the event (“no-show”), are non-refundable and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Credits issued toward future events are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by High End Dating.

Arrival and Check-In

Guests are encouraged to arrive 15–20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for check-in.

Valid government-issued photo identification is required upon arrival.

Late arrivals may impact participation and event flow. High End Dating reserves the right to deny participation to excessively late attendees.

Matches and Compatibility

High End Dating does not guarantee that participants will receive a match, form a connection, or find compatibility with other attendees.

Any interactions, communications, or relationships formed before, during, or after an event are solely the responsibility of the participants involved.

Event Conduct

We are committed to providing a respectful, welcoming, and safe environment for all attendees.

By attending an event, you agree to:

Treat all participants, hosts, venue staff, and organizers with respect.
Refrain from any harassing, discriminatory, aggressive, inappropriate, or unwanted behavior.
Follow all event instructions and venue policies.

High End Dating maintains a zero-tolerance policy for behavior that causes discomfort, safety concerns, or negatively impacts the experience of others. We reserve the right to remove or refuse participation to any attendee at our sole discretion, without refund.

Match Privacy and Communication

Depending on the event format, if two participants indicate mutual interest, contact information may be exchanged via email within approximately 24–48 hours following the event.

Participants agree to use any shared contact information respectfully and solely for personal connection purposes.

Digital Tools

Certain events may require the use of a smartphone or digital device for participation, matching, or event interaction features.

Photography and Media

Photos and videos may occasionally be captured during events for promotional and marketing purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify the event host or organizer upon arrival, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.

Limitation of Liability

All High End Dating events are hosted at independently owned and operated third-party venues.

By attending a High End Dating event, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

High End Dating, its owners, employees, contractors, venues, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, theft, personal dispute, emotional distress, or other claim arising from participation in any event or interactions between attendees.

Email Communications

By registering for or beginning the registration process for a High End Dating event, you consent to receive email communications related to your registration, event details, reminders, schedule changes, and other information necessary to facilitate your participation.

We may also occasionally send information about upcoming events, promotions, and services that we believe may be of interest to you. You may opt out of promotional or marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our communications or by contacting us directly.

We respect your privacy and will not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to provide our services or as required by law.

Changes to Terms and Events

High End Dating reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

We also reserve the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify events as necessary. In the event of cancellation by High End Dating, registered participants will be offered either a refund or event credit.

Anti-Exploitation and Safety Policy

High End Dating maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding:

Human trafficking
Sexual exploitation
Prostitution
Coercion or forced participation
Illegal solicitation
Any activity that violates applicable laws

Any member, attendee, or participant suspected of engaging in illegal activity may be immediately removed from our services without refund and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at all High End Dating events and services:

Harassment, intimidation, or bullying
Discriminatory behavior based on protected characteristics
Solicitation of sexual services
Illegal activity of any kind
Fraudulent misrepresentation of identity or intentions
Threatening, abusive, or unsafe behavior
Any conduct that compromises the safety, well-being, or comfort of attendees

High End Dating reserves the right to refuse service, remove attendees, or terminate memberships at its sole discretion where safety concerns arise.

Privacy and Data Protection

High End Dating is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information.

Personal information is collected solely for registration, event administration, customer communication, membership management, and matchmaking purposes.
Information is stored using reasonable security measures and access is restricted to authorized personnel.
Personal information is not sold to third parties.
Information may be shared with service providers only as necessary to operate our services and fulfill contractual obligations.
Privacy practices are designed to comply with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), where applicable.
Threatening, abusive, or unsafe behavior
By using our services, members consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
